NEVADA REPUBLICAN PARTY STATE CENTRAL
COMMITTEE:
A special meeting of the NRCC has been called by NRP Chairman Sue Lowden, to be held at the Chianti Café in Las Vegas on Monday, July 13th, beginning at 5:15pm. The last day to register is July 12 and early bird registration ends June 30th.

The sole purpose of this meeting and the only business item on the agenda is a special election to fill the vacancy of the office of NATIONAL COMMITTEEMAN. As announced at the CCRP meeting, a quorum at this special meeting is an absolute must, and we need every STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBER from Clark County to attend, or to provide their proxy to someone who will attend.

Please note that the urgency is due to the fact that there is a Republican National Committee Meeting in August. The RNC only ratifies new committee people ONCE per year. If we do not reach a quorum at this special meeting to elect a new national committeeman, then the RNC will not ratify our selection until 2010, and our national committeeman will not have a vote for at least a year. This cannot be permitted to happen, especially given the tremendous importance of the U.S. Senate campaign that is already in full swing right now.
If you are a STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE member and you find that you are unable to attend this special meeting, PLEASE go to www.clarkgop.org and download the proxy form, fill it out, and turn it in to BERNIE ZADROWSKI at the CCRP headquarters. If you don't have someone to give the form to, you may still submit the proxy, but please leave the line blank that indicates who your proxy is given to. We will find a Clark member to carry your proxy for you to the special meeting. Thank you for your active involvement.
